Each piece of jewelry from Katte Resin is carefully handcrafted to ensure quality and uniqueness. If there is any issue with your order, we will do our best to resolve it quickly.
Returns Due to Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The seal or label must remain unbroken
• The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer in this case.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives broken, damaged, or unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
In these situations:
• We will arrange a replacement or refund
• Return shipping costs will be covered by the seller
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Important Notes
Because each Katte Resin piece is handmade using real flowers and resin, slight variations may occur. These small differences make every piece unique and one of a kind and are not considered defects.
