Where do you ship from?
All Katte Resin jewelry is carefully handcrafted and shipped from our studio. Orders are delivered within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two Royal Mail delivery options:
Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery time: up to 3 working days
Express Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 24 hours
Delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched.
How long does it take to process an order?
Most in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
If your piece requires additional production time (for example handmade or custom items), dispatch may take 2–3 extra days to ensure the quality of the finished jewelry.
Do you offer custom jewelry orders?
Yes. Katte Resin accepts custom and personalised jewelry orders.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available for your delivery option, tracking details will be included.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in locating your parcel.
